easy way to solve your legal matters.
In Small Claims Court you
  could sue
  for up to

  $10,000.
The process is made to be simple and
  should be done without the

  need of hiring an attorney.
Generally, Small Claims Court
  can be ideal when having
 a Financial dispute.
After your case is filed it is then
  necessary to serve a copy
upon the defendant's.
This is known as
  process service

THIS IS WHAT WE DO
  BEST
Once your documents have been served
and a proof of service filed with the Court
your case is then put on calendar.
Be prepared, be early and be sure to
  bring copies of all evidence.

  Most cases only last

10 minutes in front of the Judge.
Be prepared to state your case,

  facts up front.
The Judge will hear your case and most

likely render his/her decision right then

or you will be notified by mail
of the decision.
Once you receive the Judge's decision,
  it is known as a
  Notice of Entry of Judgement.

If you have won your case it is necessary
for you to wait 30 days from the date
  of the mailing of the
 Notice of Entry of Judgment
before you could begin collection efforts.
Question:

  I've won my case,
  what is my next step?
You have several options available.
First, ask the defendant to pay...
If necessary, send the defendant a copy of

    the (SC-200)
    Notice of Entry of Judgment

    include a blank copy of
    (SC-133)
    Judgment Debtor's Statement of Assets

    Question:

    What if they do not
    pay immediately?

If you know where the party works
then you may be able to begin a
wage garnishment,
  if you know where
the defendants banking,

then maybe a bank Levy is in order.
If you do not know of either bank
or work then it may be necessary to
file and serve the defendant with an
  (SC-134)

  Application and Order to Produce
  Statement of Assets and
to Appear for Examination

  The examination will require that
the defendant submit a completed Statement

  of Assets.
If after the defendant being served
with a Order to
  Appear for Examination
and they do not appear, a warrant

will be issued for their arrest.
Generally, one or a combination of these
  examples
will help solve and settle your case.
We can help you and walk you through
many of these steps to help simplify your

journey through the Small Claims Court system.
Process service of small claims forms is
  normally completed within several days.
All fees for these services are added to
your judgment as long as you win your case.
Problems with your case..?
In many cases, the plaintiff does not know

  how to find the defendant.
You may not know where the defendant

lives or works or if the defendant is a
  Incorporation or an LLC.
Do you know who
  the
  proper person
  to serve is?
In California, when serving and Incorporation

or an LLC, it is necessary to serve
the registered agent for the corporation.
